ASP Unveils Official YouTube Channel ASP International is excited to announce the unveiling of our official YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/aspworldtour. The channel is the only place on the web where highlight videos from every event on the Dream Tour can be accessed, enjoyed and shared. ASP Top 45 Adriano de Souza Moving to San Clemente Adriano de Souza is currently rated sixth on the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) World Tour and feels he is ready to make a push for the title. At only 21 years of age, the Brazilian Standout has two and a half years of ASP Dream Tour experience under his belt, not to mention the fact that he won the ASP World Qualifying Series (WQS) series by a greater margin than any other ASP WQS Series winner in history back in 2005 and was also the youngest ASP Pro Junior Champion at the age of 16 in 2004. ‘Eighteen Years Later with Layne Beachley’ by Surfer Mag Layne Beachley (AUS), 36, seven-time ASP Women’s World Champion and current No. 3 on the 2008 ASP Women’s World Tour, is an icon within the sport of surfing. Surfer Magazine’s Janna Irons caught up with Layne following the Billabong Girls Pro Rio for a few insights and was not disappointed. ASP WQS Situation Room – Monday, September 22, 2008 Big happenings in France this week with the majority of the cream of the crop stumbling and Slater ascending once again – a pattern in 2008. KS needs a win in France to lock it up so we’ll see how that manifests. Congratulations to Nathan Yeomans for claiming his third consecutive Oakley Newport Beach Pro title, however, the fact that it’s only a 2-Star means it has little bearing on the men’s ratings. The women’s qualifiers for 2009 have shaped up a little more and we’re beginning to see who is in and who is out. Have a look for yourselves… ASP Launches www.asptogo.com ASP International is excited to announce that fans can now access the same real-time information they enjoy on ASP event mini-sites on the go – at www.asptogo.com.
